Application Steps

1. Select the course of Study (If you are not sure about what course you should be studying then take our 
    Aptitude Test and visit our local office in your city to take advise from one of our trained staff or contact our
    Head Office in the UK at e2@eduex.co.uk)

2. Select the insititution/s you wish to apply

3. Download Application Form for your chosen Institution by Clicking here 

4. Complete the Application Form and send it along with the following documents 

List of Documents Required for Admission:

  • Attested set of certificates: Copies of all your academic documents, including Senior School certificates, Undergraduate and Post-graduate qualifications. It is important that your graduation or completion date is evident on all of these documents. (Documents translated into English, if this is not the first language)any student who applies for a student visa must have all of their education certificates attested by the examination board before applying for the visa.
  • Two academic references these should be from your previous course tutors. If you have not been in full-time education in the past three years, you may substitute one of the academic references with a professional reference.
  • Experience letter (if required)
  • Personal Statement
  • PhD proposal (if applying for a PhD course)
  • A photocopy of your passport information page
  • Curriculum vitae (CV)/resume
  • Proof of your English language ability


Please ensure that you complete the application in full, completing a list of all your qualifications, complete with dates of all the qualifications you have completed. When completing the application please note that the following details are mandatory for all applications:

  • Your full name as it appears in your passport
  • Your passport number
  • Your nationality
  • Your permanent address, telephone number and Email address in your Home Address section

Methods of Sending your completed Application Form and documents for admission:

5. Along with your Admission documents you will also need to send a payment of £100 which is  e2 Processing
    fees for student applying through our website. Please note that this fee may vary if you apply through our
    Regional Offices.

Please note the above Processing fees is non refundable under any circumstances once a conditonal offer has been recieved from one of the chosen institutions.

6. If your application is successful you will receive a Conditional Offer Letter explaining the course of study you have been offered, the fees payable and course start dates. The Conditional Offer letter may have academic or/and financial conditions (advance payment).

7. In order to officially accept the offer of a place it will be necessary to fulfil the academic conditions and pay the required advance fees due. The amount of advance payment varies from institution to institution (for details on method of payment please contact us).

8. Once the proof of fulfillment of your academic conditions and the fee payment has reached the institution, you will receive a CAS letter/Visa Support Document/Un-conditional Offer letter, and a pre-departure guide containing all the information you need to know prior to arriving in your chosen country. You can then apply for your student visa.

Important Guidelines for Admission Application:

Certified translations must accompany documents that are not in English. Copies may be certified by the following:

  • The official records department of the institute that originally issued the documents
  • The justice of the peace or public notary
  • British overseas diplomatic mission or British Council.

Students applying for exemptions should indicate so on the application and supply modules outlined as evidence.

To join any courses you will need to meet both academic and English language entry requirements before you start the programme. However, you NEED NOT wait until you satisfy all the entry requirements before you apply to study with our partner universities.

Before visa you must reserve your accommodation with the university

Details on how to apply for a visa will be sent to you once you have received the CAS/Visa Support Documents/Un-conditional Offer Letter.
